Jeff Casper | Showroom Manager
Jeff Casper has been leading The Bath Showcase team in North Andover, MA for the past 2 years. He brings with him over 25 years of plumbing and heating industry experience. He is focused on creating the best possible client experience. Jeff is dedicated to offering clients the greatest selection of products, while ensuring his Showroom Coordinators are providing their clients exceptional support.
Diane Bell | Showroom Coordinator
Diane Bell has been working in showroom sales for over 30 years. Her knowledge, expertise, and eye for design have helped homeowners all over the Merrimack Valley turn their bath and kitchen dreams into a reality. Diane enjoys a challenge; no project is too large and no detail to small. Diane specializes in large scale renovation projects and has worked with many of the area’s best contractors, plumbers, and designers. Many of her clients are lifelong, working with her though the years to keep their homes updated and fresh.

David Boyd | Showroom Coordinator
David Boyd joined The Bath Showcase team in 2007, after returning to the Merrimack Valley from the West Coast where he worked with designers and builders at an upscale Kohler showroom. David provides a unique eye and a worldly outlook on bath and kitchen design. His product knowledge greatly helps his clients find the exact products they are looking for. David enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Hellen Garber | Showroom Coordinator
Helen Garber is a color specialist and home renovations artist. Helen brings over 10 years of showroom experience and customer service to The Bath Showcase. Helens background includes working for the Museum of Fine Art in Boston and The Brunswick Company. Helens passion for home décor and design stems from a genuine interest to help her clients transform their environments for maximizing enjoyment and positive living.
Maryelise DiBenedetto | Showroom Administrator
Maryelise DiBenedetto has enjoyed a 30 year career in customer service. Maryelise prides herself on maintaining the loyalty of our clients by utilizing her highly developed interpersonal skills. She believes it is her job to provide our clients with the same service she expects from the businesses she patronizes. Maryelise was a client of The Bath Showcase before she joined our team in 2014; her outlook on the client experience at The Bath Showcase is fresh and valuable.

Dan Lorenz | Showroom Manager
As a founding member of Peabody Supply Company’s Bath Showcase Showrooms, Dan Lorenz joined Peabody Supply Company in 1997. He has designed, built and staffed each of our seven Showrooms. Dan enjoys working with his home owners to achieve their vision of the perfect kitchen or bath. Prior to joining Peabody and starting The Bath Showcase, Dan worked for our largest supplier, Kohler Co. both here in New England and also in the Carolinas and in Southern California. Out of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his Wife Tina, their three Sons and the Dogs.
Anne Delucia | Showroom Coordinator
Anne DeLucia has 35 years in the retail and design industry, with nearly 15 years of kitchen and bath design experience. She has happy clients from Tiverton, RI to Ludlow, VT! She brings superior technical know-how and broad knowledge of vendors and their offerings that allow her customers to find precisely what they need on any budget. She enjoys a reputation for exceptionally fast response and positive customer service.

Rick Fentress is a true leader, with exceptional communication skills, industry experience, and attention to detail. As Showroom Manager, Rick has a keen knowledge of current plumbing and heating practices and a clear vision to provide his showroom clients with the best service. Rick has assembled a team that is hard working and dedicated to the visions of success and superior customer service. Rick encourages his Showroom Coordinators to be with you every step of the way. Rick’s most noteworthy goal is his family’s happiness. You will often find Rick’s office filled with artwork produced by his three beautiful daughters and a few pictures of his loving family! Rick is an active member of the National Association of the Remolding Industry (NARI).
Ranya Szwed | Showroom Coordinator
Ranya Szwed is a design oriented showroom coordinator specializing in Bathroom remodeling. Ranya has worked in the renovation business for over 20 years. Ranya is a graduate from New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Interior Design. She and has extensive experience with many types of retail design establishments, creating beautiful spaces. Having worked in different showrooms from kitchen design to window treatments Ranya has great working knowledge of the industry. Designing unique and individual spaces for customers is truly her passion! Ranya is an active member of the National Association of the Remolding Industry (NARI).
Nancy Walker | Showroom Coordinator
After a successful career as a Real Estate Broker, having worked in new construction, Nancy Walker eased into the realm of Kitchen and Bath design 14 years ago. She enjoys the creativity of a project and seeing it through to completion. Perhaps her artistic background is the reason Nancy loves to mix the practical with the whimsical to showcase the customer’s individuality in their bath project.
John Hurley | Showroom Coordinator
John Hurley is a Sales Professional with 25 years of experience in the Plumbing, Heating and HVAC Industry. Since earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lowell, he has served the Residential and Commercial sectors of the Wholesale and Retail markets of the industry in various Management and Sales positions. John loves working with people to help them achieve their goals and dreams.
Joan LeBlanc | Showroom Administrator
Joan LeBlanc joined The Bath Showcase Waltham in September 2013. Joan has an extensive customer service background having worked as a Controller/Office Manager for a service company for over 15 years. In her off time Joan enjoys drag racing her 1970 Mustang with her husband Mike. Joan has four grandchildren that have followed in her footsteps and drag race each week with her.
