Granite, Why it’s Great

Granite has been a steadily growing trend over the past several decades and there’s no question why.  Granite is a great addition to any kitchen or bathroom.  It’s easy to clean, resistant to moisture and not to mention beautiful!

Kitchens and bathrooms both get messy, its a part of life we simply can not avoid.  Kids, dogs, cats, family, messes are bound to happen.  Granite is much easier to clean than its wood counterpart.  It’s easier to clean and it gets cleaner.   Granite is non-stick, not just for visible things but invisible too.  This means fewer germs!

Granite is a great way to add character to your home.  Each piece is unique with its own textures and colors.  This can make finding the right slab difficult.  However, at the same time, this also makes it special and more satisfying when you do find that perfect piece for your home.

If you’re redoing your kitchen or bathroom you really can’t go wrong with granite.  Aside from being beautiful, it is both eco-friendly and economically friendly.

The granite trend certainly isn’t going anywhere any time soon.  Since everyone is crazy about granite adding granite counter tops in your remodel will more than likely add value to your home if you decide to sell in the future.
